Everything was very comfortable and met the demands. Staff were decent and it was a gorgeous location, good value. There was mixed, max 10 mins walk to, really enjoyed their meals.
-
There is a nice reception to relax in. There's attractive roof top bar with cool beverages. It also has reliable internet and convenient parking...
-
Brilliant location, clean, exceptionally comfortable bed, happy staff. The units are well-appointed, practical.
-
Absolutely wonderful view, comfortable enough bed and delicious breakfast. Truly enjoyed Bournemouth, the hotel was nice basic. Besides, it was at a near distance from downtown, that worked for us. The seafront room was perfect with an a good size bathroom. Easy check-in, late check-out.
-
We enjoyed fabulous staff and location.
-
I had TRULY MEMORABLE days staying at this fairly central hotel. Staff were very attentive, facility was so clean. Food was spicy and I stayed in the standard room, it was cool. Reasonably large bathroom, soft bed. Early check-in too.
-
all in all, it was handy base for travelling to bournemouth. very clean unit.
-
Very clean hotel, I liked staff and location. Nice sized rooms, great value for money. Staff were very very friendly, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to downtown. Being a couple of blocks away from Funki Griller was nice, I had dinner there. The service in general was excellent;)))
-
Comfortable and pristine hotel and fantastic location, near town centre. good amount of parking
-
Value for the price, clean and near the beach. Car parking is so great.
-
It had everything we needed, a nice room, spotless, comfortable, nice bathroom facillities to make tea, friendly, helpful staff. We only stayed 1 night.
Only the fact that the water wasn't hot at 6am, so if you're leaving early shower at night
-
The staff made my party of 3 people feel very welcome.
-
Very friendly staff very comfortable accomodation and and ideal location in Bournmouth. My second visit and stay. Will book again, next time I visit Bournmouth

The Hotel is located very centraly to bournemouth promenade and town centre which was very helpful as the weather this week end was atrocious
I am afraid that having joureyned down from london on friday night, i made the mistake of not checking breakfast times and got down at 9.35am to see a "room now closed" on dining room. i asked at reception and was told (very abruptly) it was always 9.30am every day including sunday and if i was unhappy i could put something in the comment book. To be honest, a simple bit of leniency to open the door and at least let me and my wife have a coffee or orange juice would have been appreciated but the man who spoke to me gave me such a nasty look that we never made any attempt to get to breakfast on sunday either - i run my own business and i subsequently learnt the man who spoke to me was a director of the hotel ! not going back !!

The room was ok, the bed was what was expected and clean. A nice place to just sleep wake up in the morning and disappear to do your business.
The hotel is literally charging for everything, paying for the room with credit card, you will be charged a surcharge of £5 pounds, and even paying for meals in the hotel with a debit card (not credit card mind you), they charge you £2 on top of the bill. The parking charges are considerably high (£5 per night) considering that the streets nearby, in fact next to the beach is free overnight and you pay £3 for a whole day parking. The lift IMO is a health and safety concern, it can't fit two people (you feel like you are in a cylinder). The bathroom is very small, no bath, just shower. Heaters very noisy.
